School Facilities Authority

Description
This website was designed and developed from scratch to provide the Hawai’i state organization responsible for developing school facilities a method to educate the public on what they do, and provide necessary access to their board meetings and project information.

Washington Place
Year Deployed: 2022
Description
Working directly with the First Lady of Hawai’i, Dawn Amano-Ige, and the State Comptroller, I helped turn a placeholder web page into a full-blown website to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Washington Place, the former Royal Palace and current historical site and official Governor’s residence.

Honolulu Fire Department
Year Deployed: 2021
Description
The original website for the Honolulu Fire Department lacked methods for educating the public and coordinating events with their various departments. This website for these First Responders has won multiple web design awards (five and counting!) and has provided the HFD with a way to educate the public on fire safety and schedule public events that support their efforts to keep O’ahu safe.

State Foundation on Culture and the Arts
Year Deployed: 2020
Description
Involved in all stages of discovery, design and development for this Hawai’i state arts agency. From initial discovery to user personas, sitemaps, wireframes, mockups, development, training, and deployment, I worked with the SFCA’s stakeholders to launch this Bauhaus-inspired website on-time and within budget.
